As most of us in the government sphere expected, 2020 has delivered an election day far from what we might consider a conventional one.  In fact, due to several factors, it’s now turned into election week!  Many important races have been decided, but as we near the end of the first week of November, many local, Congressional and even the presidential race remain undecided.  Not to mention that it appears that once elections are decided, orientation events and even swearing-in events we take place remotely or with new pandemic precautions in place.

With all that said, the business of government must go on.  While every election year is different, one thing you can count on every year is that there are a lot of moving parts and the more stability you can insert into your incoming operation, the more equippted you will be to hit the ground running on day one.  Our organization has been supporting election transitions for decades, in fact this upcoming one will be our 18th.  We take pride in our deep knowledge of administrative processes, policies and regulations as well as our ability to adapt and react to change and uncertainty.  When you make the decision to work with us, you get immediate access to this wealth of knowledge and experience.  We may not know the answer to every question, but you can bet we know who to ask when we don’t.

In addition to our general institutional knowledge and experience, here’s specifically how we support you:

IQ CRM

IQ is the leading CRM in Congress and also used widely around the country by federal, state and local government offices including close to half of all U.S. governors.

House IT Services

We provide top-level IT support service to House offices that covers virtually any tech hardware or software in the office. Buggy laptops, busted printers, trouble with your software – we handle it all.

Communications Tools

In addition to our industry-leading CRM platform, we also offer a number of supplemental services to help government officials engage and connect with the public including:

  • Digital town halls
